NCV 2025 TVET College Academic Calendar Summary
Term 1
Staff for National Certificate Vocational (NCV) programmes will commence term one work on the 6th of January 2025.
Term one classes start on the 13th of January 2025.
Term one supplementary exams will be between the 13th of February 2025 and the 8th of March 2025.
The colleges will close for term one on the 28th of March 2025.
Term 2
Staff for National Certificate Vocational (NCV) programmes will commence term two work on the 7th of April 2025.
Term two classes start on the 7th of April 2025.
The colleges will close for term two on the 20th of June 2025.
Term 3
Staff for National Certificate Vocational (NCV) programmes will commence term three work on the 15th of July 2025.
Term three classes start on the 15th of July 2025.
The respective TVET colleges will communicate internal examination dates.
The colleges will close for term three on the 30th of September 2025.
Term 4
Staff for National Certificate Vocational (NCV) programmes will commence term four work on the 6th of October 2025.
Term four classes start on the 6th of October 2025.
Term four examinations will be between the 10th of November 2025 and the 11th of December 2025.
The colleges will close for term four on the 11th of December 2025.

Term 1
